About This Project

Mixed use and residential building in Cheraga, Algeria,  it offers green spaces and squares to the neighborhood as well as key services that will turn the area into a business and residential hub. Thus, people will have access to a bank, a medical center (Polyclinic and pharmacy), a supermarket, a kindergarten, restaurants, a gym with an open air pool and around 2300 sqm of retails. The project offers also 4500 sqm of offices and 300 carefully designed apartments with beautiful 360º views.
