About This Project

The project consists of 2 buildings, the Novotel a 211 key hotel composed of 18 floors and the Adagio a 110 key apartment hotel of 12 floors with 2 basement floors as parking and technical areas, shared staff facilities, noble/public areas, industrial kitchen, a restaurant at the 11th floor of the Novotel, outdoor swimming pool and terrace, green roof and a vertical forest at the Adagio internal elevation. The project is constructed on a land plot of 3 500 m2 and has a total built up area of around 33 000 sqm.
