About This Project

Mixed use complex in Algeria including a residential building, a boutique hotel, retail spaces and neighborhood services, in 3 building blocks surrounding a major central garden.
Le Patio is a unique Mediterranean contemporary architecture, inspired by the Algerian context, characterized by a beautiful play of volumes with planted terraces and pergolas. The residential buildings group 183 apartments of various areas. It offers also many retail spaces including a supermarket and a gym. The buildings end with 8 duplexes, conceived as private villas on the roof, overlooking the city, with a swimming pool, terrace and garden.
The hotel offers 128 rooms, a business center with several conference rooms and a panoramic restaurant on the rooftop.
